Description: Pedaling around the world to bring bikes to the underprivileged. Biking for a Better World use charity bike tours, day rides, and annual fundraising events, to raise awareness and funds for communities in need of bicycles to improve their quality of life. The foundation aims to share their passion for bikes by allowing others to ride it. In essence, the organization transforms the act of pedaling into a force to make the world a better place.


Alaska to Argentina 2007

-Completely funded the building of a school in rural Nicaragua

-Team of four pedaled from the Arctic Ocean to Tierra del Fuego, 15,000+ miles unsupported through 15 countries over 8 months

Montana to Mexico 2009

-Purchased adaptive bicycles for Disabled Sports USA Far West
-Team of two pedaled from Canada to Mexico, 2300 miles unsupported along the Great Divide Mountain Bike Ride Route in 29 days.

Seattle to San Diego 2010

-Raised funds for High Fives Foundation, which assists winter sports athletes who have suffered a life-altering injury
-Team of two pedaled from Seattle to San Diego, 1,500 miles unsupported along the Pacific Coast in four weeks

Denver to Durango 2011

-Raised funds for BBW

-Team of four pedaled from Denver to Durango in 7 days
